Need a Dodge contact for official document

I have run into some stumble blocks with the Spanish inspection authority ITV after moving here with my Viper end of last year.
My Viper is a 2006 Gen 3 Coupe and this year Dodge only stamped the last 8 VIN digitis (6V101031) on the frame. These can be found under the center console.
In hindsight I should have stamped the full VIN somehwere on the frame. Of course I've tried my local dealership in Frisco, TX which has not been very helpful in this matter.
I need an official document from Dodge stating that this year and for my VIN this was their procedure/standard.
Would highly appreciate any contact or lead to point me i the right direction.

You may need to ask the dealer to put you in touch with their Zone Rep. That person can probably help you.

If you call any vehicle dealer (ford, gm, mb, bmw, kia, honda, etc, etc), all they ask for is the last 8 digits of the VIN.

The inspection place should know this.

Sounds like this is for Europe though, so they may be playing by different rules.

Yes I realize this but he can call a dealer with one of his other cars or one he finds online and ask for some part for it.

It sounds like it's the inspection place that has the problem though, not the dealer. It would be like taking a car to the highway patrol here that I bought out of state. They will inspect it to ensure it isn't stolen or stuff like that and one of the checks would be VIN numbers. Sounds like the inspection place in Spain doesn't want to accept an incomplete VIN on a frame rail, even if that was the way it left the factory, so he's asking for a Dodge rep so he has official documentation stating the car left the factory that way, unless I misunderstood his post.

I think the only complete VIN is on the windshield frame and possibly the engine block. All the rest of the pin stamped numbers around the frame are partials starting with the year and model codes, followed by the 6-digit numeric.

You are understanding his post, I was just saying that he should call some dealers there and see if they do parts lookup like they do here in North America using the last 8 digits of the VIN.

Else, he will need to forge a letter if he can't get the letter from Stellantis
