I'm modding my 02 RT with Greg Good heads and cam and will do a full exhaust. Any opinions as to the most reliable and powerful headers to use?

Thanks!

There are a few choices, the ACR-X header from Bad Boyzz Garage, Belanger Headers from a few vendors and I believe there were a few other options, but they are harder to find.

I used Belanger headers (including collectors and turnbacks) then had the rest of the system custom made in stainless steel by a local exhaust specialist.
It wasn't the cheapest way of doing it by far but part of the installation included a guaranteed maximum noise level (101dB) so I could continue doing track days. :2tu:

If you want the best flowing headers, TNT or B&B, standard 5 to 1 design. The tri-ys like M&M flow very well too. If you're just doing heads/cam, any decent headers will yield good power increases.

For the street on a Gen 2 the Belanger most likely will give you the best midrange power. Best usable power for the street. I you are running a big cam I would go with the merge header like the ARH or B and B.
