Need help, I disc.IAC elec. connector,forgot I did, started engine. now CEL

I disconnected the electrical connection to the IAC motor to check valve cover bolt tightness under it. I forgot I'd unhooked it,and when I started the engine I got a Check Engine light and it won't idle unless I feather the throttle. Reattaching the elec. connector didn't help. Unhooking the postitive cable by the underhood fuse box for 1 minute didn't help. I've unhooked it again; for 25 minutes now. No IAC problems before this.. ANything else to do? If I need to unhook the computer do I unhook those 3 big plugs below the computer-and for how long?

Disconnect those three big plugs below the computer for several minutes and then reattach.

For some codes they will cancel themselves out after a certain amount of good runs that problem is fixed for.

Whew it's okay now. I pulled the 3 computer plugs for a few (10) minutes like Kenny suggested, and it fired up A-OK Thanks for the input!
