Need help on question on snapping noise?

Hi All,I have a 94 RT/10 and would like to know if anyone has had this trouble when I back out of the garage or when I shift I will get a snapping noise that seems to be behind me, this will happen only one time each time I take her out?
Can some one please give me an idea what may be going on before I have to take it to the dealer?
