Razorblade and a paint friendly solvent to remove the gummy residue.

using a hair dryer will help soften the adhesive so you will have less left on your screen, you should be able to remove it easily without a blade which may scratch the glass

zaino Z12 did wonders when i had shrink-wrap melted to my windshield last summer. no amount of razor-blading or glass cleaner of any kind did what it took Z12 5 minutes to accomplish.

Sometimes, if you dab on a little cooking oil it will release stick on lables.
