I picked up a T1 D210 Rockford Fostgate 10 dual 2 ohm voice coil speaker and I am looking to put s speaker box in the trunk. I am a horribly picky person so the box has to be symmetrical and looking through the book for the speaker it recommends 1.5 cubic feet and 1 port. Because I am so particular I want to have a box with 2 round ports or 2 square ports. Is someone able to assist me in designing this box? I don't have the facilities to cut wood so I will have to have it cut at the home depot but any help would be awesome.

I would do a sealed box but a vented box is the recommened one for this speaker tuned to 40hz.

I have all the specs and I can use the design that is printed in the speaker manual, but I want to do 2 ports, not 1. I don't think you can just add a second port.

I'm more or less looking for a box designing program that can figure out how to include 2 ports. I have some box measurements but I am not sure how to add a port to them.

What matters is the volume inside the port tube. Want two? just make each 1/2 the size in total volume. The problem comes in when the air velocity moving back and forth through the port makes a 'whoooshing' sound. Hence, a single larger port is normally desired.

Yes!

If the design port volume is 10 in^3. just make two ports of 5 in^3.

Also, I might add that the driver you bought may perform very well in the box dimensions given but I suggest you still run the specs through the Thiele/Small calculations......
