Found the green mathbox clue gts viper.Are these rare?I am building train set with a viper garage and sales department.I am using all my doubles and found this one by dumb luck.And don't want to take from my sealed collection.

I have that car as well. I've seen plenty at wal-mart, kb toys, etc. I doubt they are that rare

If it is a White Lightning then yes it is somewhat rare, if just the regular issue than you can expect a population of >25,000 of them.
