need pictures of gen 2's with roll bar ???

If you would have posted this before april 13th I could have taken pics of a (I believe Autoform) roll bar in a black Heffner 650 GTS. Good luck with whatever you decide
Did you make any progress on the engine yet?

engine is packed up and on a skid waiting for a truck to pick it up today or tomorrow to bring it south to an engine builder.

LOL thats funny. Reminds me of my time in St. Pete FL with my Corvette ZR1. I'd go to Bradenton Motorsports Park, make one pass doing mid 11s in the 1/4, and then either leave or park it because I got kicked for being too fast without a roll bar.
