I've heard the new SRT Neon will be the 2nd fastest car Chrysler has ever produced, how can this be. I've also heard all this for around $20,000. How could this car be faster the Viper, Hemis, or even a good running 413?

It will be a pretty fast car and one hell of a deal. I don't think it's fair to compare it to a HEMI car of yesteryear as the tire technology factor comes into play. It'd be amazing to see this neon running high 13's-low 14's.
