They did it for me when I registered. Was your car new? If so, membership is free for the first year. Since my name implies Viper ownership, I had to "prove" I bought a Viper. ViperMad, took care of everything else. I just emailed him a pic.

You should be able to add your picture on the "my home" page up top. You'll need a server to host it or need to upload your pic into the gallerys and then it has to be approved (read: something viper related and PG) PM Tony (ViperMad)if you have an problems as he will be the one doing the actual linkup.
