No Heat!!

When I turn the heat on in my 96 GTS in blows cold air from floor vents and front vents, but the window defrost is hot???

Front vents (dash) and leg cooler will never blow hot air as the air bypasses the heater core. Defrost and floor vents should however blow heated air, depending on the position of the mode door, see following diagram:
