I spoke with Mike Trost of Northwind Engineering on Thursday, and he has some good news. He now has a pair of SRT-10 seats and rails in his shop which will allow him to complete the final engineering of the SRT-10 seat lowering kits.

He has had a set of the rails for quite some time, but the seat rails on the SRT are extremely complex compared to the earlier seats (making the task of designing the lowering kits even more involved than in the past) so he needed the seats to ensure all engineering and design would be "perfect".

Those who have his kits in their Gen I and Gen II cars know that they are not just a piece of metal with a few holes drilled in them, they are completely engineered with safety and functionality being the highest considerations.

Thanks for the update...

MIKE--- do BOTH SIDES....
Not just the drivers side...
in a real convertable, it will look silly to have one seat lower than the other!!
