Neat shirts. what are they made out of 100% cotton, and are they pre-shrunk?

They're Fruit of the Loom 100% cotton "Heavy". I don't think they're pre-shrunk. The sizing is pretty true.

I orderd 3 of your shirts last year. I never received them. Sent several emails with no response. I had to file a complaint with paypal and they refunded my money. Not sure what could of happened.
