NY VCA crash?

I just saw this on the forum, does anybody know if this was one of our NY members? I know rudedawg and VOI9 have this color combo. Does anybody know if the driver is alright??? It kills me to see another Viper like this... Guys we NEED to drive careful!!!

Phil VOI and Dr. Joe both have one but neither has an aero kit.
