ODB-II Code P1496 P1498

1996 Viper

Engine light came on used my code reader and it gave me a P-1496 and P-1498 code

Based on what I could find on the net they are:

P1496 5 Volt Supply Output Too Low

P1498 High speed Rad Fan Ground CTRL Rly Circuit

Anyone had these codes, if so what was wrong, just a fan relay maybe?

Does VCA have a new region? AL/GA? j/k.
sounds like a relay. does fan come on (hi speed)when A/C is turned on?

I'm guessing the PCM or wherever the power supply is or maybe a malfunctioning temp sending unit that is draining the power supply.
