I noticed the car temp was going up slighty. Opened the hood and saw water leaking out of the hose below the heater core container. The hose that comes out of there looks like it was made to drip on the ground. So I don't understand why the hose itself would be leaking.

Does anyone have any experience on this?

If the water you're finding looks like straight water (not coolant/water mix), then the hose you're talking about is probably the condensate drain line from the compressor, in which case it's a non-issue.

A picture would be good though!

Once you solve this issue I would suggest a Roe Fan Kit. California driving is probably pretty darn close to Florida when you compare the heat and dry air. The Roe Kit installs quickly with simply hand tools and is under a hundred bucks. A great precaution tool to have in your arsenol.:2tu:

The only heat you want in your whip is the blonde in your passenger seat :eater:

On my 94 the condensation drain tube was kinked and wouldn't let the condensation drain out properly, then I had some dripping inside the car. Once the kink was located, voila, problem solved......my 05 had the drian tube plugged up with some gunk of some kind and had the same problem until I located it......is someone trying to tell me something?
