I'm guessing this isn't on your Viper as it looked pretty good the last time I saw it.
Depending on how bad the oxidation is you could try using the 3M 39009 Swirl Mark Remover or the more abrasive 3M Rubbing compound to buff it out. Both of these ARE abrasives though so they will remove some clearcoat or paint depending on the condition of the area you are trying to restore. After either or both, follow up with Zaino treatment. Z5 should clear up any remaining minor imperfections after that.
