Painted Dash pictures

Has anyone ever painted their dash bezel red? I am thinking of taking my old GEN 1 dash and painting it gloss red or gloss black? If you have either color, please post a picture. It does not necessarily have to be a Gen 1 dash in order for me to get an idea of what it might look like. Thanks.

I like the red, but my wife is leaning toward the black...

You'll get nasty glare off that thing in red. I think even the gloss black might give you grief, but if you're willing to live with it, should look cool!

Mine is painted red and I've never had a problem with any glare. I think it looks great!!

I like the matte finish of mine. You can always throw some Armor All on there later if you want to dial in more shine.
