Gen 1: Dash cam wire routing?

Does anyone have any clever ideas for routing a wire to the top of the dash for a dash cam? It looks very difficult to get access to the windshield header wire route area that the rearview mirror lamps use. I was thinking I could hide one of these usb-c pigtail sockets somewhere, but I'm open to ideas:

Dash cam is easy to route up to the top you just have to remove driver seat to wire up the ignition wire
