I had mine powder coated red and then had the Viper lettering done in sparkle silver to match my stripes.

If you paint them you will need some VHT High Temp paint. I have a few extra cans of VHT in red if you are interested.

What method did you use to highlight the silver lettering? My SRT doesn't look like the letters are raised up enough to coverwhen spraying the red.

I took the calipers apart and Jet-Hot coated them. I have a two piece rotor and also coated the center hats. The Jet -Hot coating left a (bullet proof) bright silver finish, but there are other ceramic colors available.

The silver lettering is a sticker over the red. It has held up to the heat on my car and other that have done this.

I can't beleive no one has mentioned FoliaTech Brake Caliper Lacquer. That stuff is by far the best out of all the above named except for maybe powdercoating. It is a brush on application, which means no masking, and you don't even have to take the rotors off. But when I say brush application, I don't mean that it looks sloppy, it dries to an unbelievable smooth finish, and rivals powdercoat in look and durability. The kits come with a prep and two part paint similar to epoxy in a variety of colors.

I am also thinking about painting the calipers and have a 2 quick questions:

1. Where do you buy the stickers to go over the front caliper?

2. How difficult is it to remove the calipers? I've done brakes on C5 and they were relatively easy...

Thanks!
