Part # for rear o2 sensor 56041004??

Can anyone tell me if that p/n is correct? I have a new o2 sensor for my 97 GTS and it looks nothing like the old o2 sensor which is bad. Got it from a local dealer p/n 56041004 the # is on the sensor and the outside of the box. Thanks

56041004 is the ## I come up with. It should also be stamped on the sensor. [MSRP $80.00]
