When driving your SRT's can you tell when the rear is ready to break loose or fishtail? Does the car feel surefooted especially when shifting at higher RPMs? Regarding those that live in colder climates - do you drive your SRT's in the November to March timeframe and does the car feel more tentative from a road grip perspective then in the warmer months - I am sure it takes more time for the tires to heat up but is it safe to drive this car with this much torque on colder streets? THanks

<ul type="square">Usually no noise but you will feel squirm if tires are hot, so answer is sometimes. At lower speeds its easy to anticipate and be prepared.
<ul type="square">I know many wont agree, but yes, its safe to drive on cold streets. Just short shift and take corners conservatively. When temperatures are 40-60 degrees, give the tires 20-30 minutes and extra traction appears.
The answers to your questions really depend on your power level.

But yes, if you take it easy, the car can be very mild mannered and driveable in almost any weather. Better tires / traction are one of the first changes to make, right after the clear bra.
