My mirrors don't have a rough feel to them but they don't have the luster that the rest of the car has. I'm the only one that notices.

If I may;
The mirrors and the body are two different composits. If you really want them to be identical in gloss, then they have to be repainted.

I know..a lot of work. What is on there will form a great base. You can try to just re-clear coat them and buff then re-install, but to make sure they match, go the extra effort. Shoot a couple of layers of new paint, new clear, buff lightly and you will not be able to see any difference.

If you do go to this extreme to get a perfect match, make absolutely sure your body man knows they have been Zaino'd!
