Hi Folks,

Am currently shopping around for an SRT-10 to be used as a daily driver (I only live 3 miles from the office in sunny Georgia).
Just saw a car I liked : a yellow 2005 SRT-10 with 7,500 miles on the odometer.
Basically a trade-in at a dealership. They wanted 61K for it. Seems steep to me.
I was thinking about low 50s/high forties for a 2004 and mid fifties for a 2005.

Any thoughts ?

I would say 58k-60 might be the #. Mid-fifties would be a real deal, and generally '04 pricing is around there. New '05's are 65/66...so 7-8k less with the miles. My opinion only. :)

I picked up my 05 Mamba for 62900 with only 200 miles on it a few weeks ago... In ATL there is a red 04 viper with 7500 miles on it for 55k..
I also saw a silver 05 in Dallas for 60k OBO with 4k miles last week.

58-60 is a fair deal on that car. any lower is a steal

Agreed

High $40s ? Why would you think that?
Low $50s is what a higher mileage SRT goes for at auction to the dealers. Which translates to mid to high $50s on the floor.
A '05, yellow at that, $58K would be a good deal for sure!

Great info. Thanks to all of you.
My intention is to find a good car and keep it for a while.
Contrary to some other people over here, I've always been a big fan of the SRT bodystyle. Can't believe the deals nowadays :)
The one thing that dissapointed me (even compared to my old Gen1) is the relatively harsh ride. Couldn't pinpoint the reason. Would that be the effect of the runflats ?
