Hi guys and Gals does the private message function not work Neil in the UK and I alwasy send each other a private message but never receive it!!

Private messages work, but they need an additional feature - when you reply to one, it should quote the replied-to text...

Tha "Quote" feature is a seperate issue...sorry for the confusion.
