I seem to have oil coming out of the top of my dipstick tube. What normally seals this tube off when you have the dipstick in it? Is there a rubber o-ring? or some sort of rubber piece inside the cap of your dipstick? I looked in my service manual and they only show this piece pretty much as a single unit.
Perhaps it is time to call Chuck Tator for a replacement tube/dipstick?
