I have had mine on my 96 GTS for several months and approx 500 mi. I was looking under the hood with the engine running and noticed that oil was misting out through the mini filter on top and oil had dripped down the side. The site tube was empty and there has not been any sign of oil leaking on the garage floor and the engine oil level has not gone down. Any suggestions? Nothing came up in a search.

Thanks, Bill

This may seem like a stupid question but, It's not full is it?

Not to scare you but mine did the same thing... The reason was that my rings were shot and I had cylinder "blow-by".

Like GTS Snake said, You need to check for the baffles. There is a baffle mod. that goes with the catch can.

Did you get the catch can from PBJ or the maker? I did forward this on to the the maker of these and I will get back to you when I hear something

Already heard back from the maker of the catch cans (also the airboxes etc). He responded back with;

"Thats normal, he just needs to take the can off and drain it, then clean
the breather. With no VC baffles it will definitely be doing this, but
even with baffles it will do it after a while."

Hope this helps, Good luck.

If you have more issues I can get you in touch with him.
