After examining the intake at the VOI, I place an order for one...with my ACRX headers, lightweight flywheel and now ported intake & plenum it should make for a snappy ride

Gotta decide if doing the heads is next in the series of mods.

We are currently developing our =BAD BOYZZ SERIES= Breather System for the Gen 4 / 3 Vipers. Our conversion kits will come standard with Sprint Car Series Performance Lines, Fittings and Billet Catch Can.

At the VOI 11 we showcased our modified Gen 3 valve covers with relocated, centralized breathing points to vent the V10 and to prevent excessive loss of engine oil!

First units fresh off the Port & Superflow Bench went staight into clients Viper's who wanted to get a few laps at the track in or attend events before having to shut down for the winter. We are currently machining more intakes and are scheduled to do before & after dyno pulls, along with independant dyno testing of our =BAD BOYZZ SERIES= G4 intakes by a well respected Viper Tuner. We are estimating 4 percent increased HP gains ( 22 - 26 HP ).
Note HP gains may vary from Viper to Viper & dyno results to be posted when complete.

For you G3 owners we have you covered as well with our Viper G3 Race Ported Intakes with Air Diverter Installed, combined with a set of our ARH merge style headers and a performance tune ( increased HP & TRQ ). This definetly is a winning package for the winter project.

The G4 Race Ported Intakes are part of our Viper G4 Engine Program currently under full development. The intake manifold is a key component in re-working the G4 cylinder heads to ensure maximum airflow at valve lift while increasing air velocity ( increased HP & TRQ ).

Our main focus at BAD BOYZZ GARAGE is to build solid performance products for the Viper community, not to compete with these highly respected tuners. We are in the power & distribution business, so if interested in our products you may want to consult with your tuner of choice the possibilty to use and install our products on your next performance upgrade. We feel comfortable in knowing that our products are among the Industry best in machining quality, components utilized and the ability to produce power

Should have machined in a few more weeks, then off to the engine dyno for testing. I want to be clear that if your looking to port relieve your intake this new component won't change my current port design.
