I asked the seller about the COD number since I also thought the wheels were strange. It is COD 3025 and I have several of those - all with the standard Gen I wheel. He did mention a sticker on the window.

His reply to me: cod 3025 on the windshield there is a sticker that says dangerous sports gear not sure if this belongs. bill aka mets3330

I had asked him about that car a while back and he told me the wheels were swapped and no longer turn (I guess they are glued on?).
