Rear bumper vent diffuser "blades". Why Verts only

Does anybody know why Dodge makes "bumper vent blades"(not sure of exact name....) for verts. only???? I checked, no bumper diffusers for the coupe bumper vent?...
The coupe bumper vent holes are a different size...

i've seen these for the coupe but not a fan

Our 03 vert has the Mopar kit...fits well.

When the 03 is parked next to our 08 coupe, it becomes obvious that the two tails are quite different...also, using a tape measure, I confirmed that the 03 has different dimensions than 08.
