Sounds very much like the positraction clutches are binding. This is due a break-down in the differential lubrication (or more specifically the friction modifier). Simple solution - change the differential oil and add 4 ounces of friction modifier which is available from DC.

Keith,
If you do diagnose your problem to be emanating from the rear diff;
I would suggest removing the rear and inspecting the internals. On just routine maintenance, that would not be necessary, but if you suspect there may be problems, an in-depth inspection will provide solid answers.

Keith, The rear end fluid you need is a synthetic oil 75W-140 part #4874469-41 ounces and 4 ounces of "limited slip additive" part #4318060AB. Hope this helps?
