As a few of you know I am having to sell my most prized possesion. I finally listed it in the autorader a couple of days ago. I am having such a hard time with this. If it were not for the cause at hand I assure you I would be curled up in a corner crying myself to sleepl! I have it posted for 53.5K but my offer of 51K to anyone on this board still stands. Please let me know if you are interested.

Best of luck with the sale - Sweet ride. Not sure what your reason for selling, but I'm sure it must be a good one to part with that GTS.

I sold my '68 GTO Convertible last year to finance the therapies my 3 year old son needs. Hated to see it go, but seeing him do so well makes it all worth it.

Just about the same situation. My wife starts a radioactive
therapy in a couple of weeks. I can always find another viper, only one of my wife though.

You might have better luck than you're expecting in Auto Trader. You'll be one of few legit Viper ads on auto trader and autotrader is where I found my car (after calling many fake and disconnected ph. #'s about other Vipers listed there). I remember calling 1 guy about his b/w GTS (I figured the price was too good to be true) and he informed me he was a farmer, had never seen a Viper and then cussed about all the "city slickers" who would be calling him when I told him I got his ph. # off autotrader lol

The Car is amazing, might want to consider EBAY as well. An original low mileage car like yours will sell quickly at a good $$ amount. BEST OF LUCK.

Thanks guys. I still can't believe that I am selling it. I am probably like most of you when it came time to buy my dream car. I looked for almost a year. I had a few good deals that got away but I was grinning ear to ear when I finally pulled into the garage the very first day. Hell, I still giggle when I see it sitting there. I might consider ebay in a few weeks if nothing happens with autotrader.

Can't you just take out a loan on it..or do you have a note currently? Perhaps you could use it for a collateralized loan for $30K or $40K...

If you do that and you get to a point where you really need the money, sell it then....
