Replacement Shock for ACR

I have been waiting 5 weeks for the dealer to let me know the shock that he has order finally came in. This was a brand 2002 ACR with a bad rear shock. Does anybody know what this delay could be? Is there anything I can do or anyone that I can call about this? Thanks for any help on this matter.
