Are you on about the one that seals the filler neck to the gas cap????

If so
Remove 4x allen bolts and gas filler cap then gently pull and twist the gas cap...

The rubber **** is part of the gas cap and will come of with it..
Just remove replace and refit..
When you refit apply some tyre dressing to the **** to ease install..

You have to remove the filler neck first, and then you should be able to remove the grommet and install the new one into the tank. Getting the filler neck off is a fun little task in itself.

simple, take off the rear wheel, remove the black plastic fasteners in the wheel well, and carefully bend back the inner fender liner enough so you can remove the vent tube and slide the filler neck out.

Congrats! Getting the filler neck out of the tank is an exercise in patience, but its the hardest part of the job.
