Reverse Gear Hard to Engage and Keeps Popping Out

Hey guys,

'95 RT/10. You guys think it's a shifter fork? How much of a pain is that to fix? Do I need a lift?

Did you ever find anything out about this? Mine is doing the same thing right now.

Check your trans mount, if it is still stock it may be broken. Also check engine mounts while you are at it.

I will give those a look on my 95 R/T, was there an issue once upon a time with a shim on the transmission cross member? I may be mistaken but I though I remember something about that.

It's likely a bad reverse lockout solenoid. Easy replacement, though you have to undo the 2000 bolts holding the pan under the trans.
