ROCKER PANEL / SIDE SILL / HEAT SHIELD

Anyone know where I can buy a right side heat shield or part number for under the rocker panel (side sill) covering the exhaust? My right side rocker panel was recently damaged (bubbled/blackened paint/damaged heat shield) due to an overheating catalytic converter. The mechanical problem has been fixed (Thanks DC Performance!) and my local Dodge dealer has the damaged panel sanded and primed for paint but has been unable to locate a heat shield for the panel and now thinks that they will have to replace the whole panel ($5500).

DC Performance has them... Sold seperatly. Not cheap but safe (no fires).
