Hi Everyone,

We've found a few things lately that help improve the way the Supercharged cars are running, some of which are improvements to factory design flaws we were not previously aware of.
I'm writing a troubleshooting manual, which covers all the different things we've seen over the 85 customer installations, which will go out to all SC owners. There are sure to be some things that many of you were not aware of (we've seen all sorts of unusual causes for miss-fires, hot cats and hiccups).

The software engineers in Sweden have written a new set of code for the VEC2 box. The new firmware upgrade is necessary for the new user software that's being written, which has new adjustable features, such as a rev limiter ( as the current VEC2 removes the stock one), voltage outputs for triggering relays and pulse outputs for additional injectors (or water injection), full system logging, etc.. All these items are RPM and manifold pressure configurable. The firmware also has an improvement to eliminate the 1/2 second shutoff that happens on some cars occasionally during low load acceleration. We're going to send out requests for the VEC2 boxes and cards, so that we can update them (the old program cards will not work with the new Windows software system).

Basically, with these latest revisions and improvements, we've been able to completely eliminate causes for check engine lights and actually get the engines running smoother than stock. I've had our GTS for over three years and it's never run this good (and it was running good before :) ).

Regards,
Sean

PS.
European owners will be given the address in Swdeden to save shipping time.

Just started experiencing that 1/2 sec hiccup on low acceleration. It cuts off, the car jerks and then boom, off it goes.

Bring the car by when you can, Bindy, I will try a few things to fix the hiccup.
