RSS Feed question

I can get the rss feed for the forums with the following url
http://forums.viperclub.org/external.php?type=rss2

however, I want to limit the results to certain forums. the instructions in the help say to use the following format
http://forums.viperclub.org/external.php?type=rss2&forumids=123

I do not find the forum id. I tried various random numbers to see if I could get 'something' to work, to no avail. I even tried the title from the forum url, 'srt10-srt10-coupe-discussions'.

anyone know how to get this to work so I can just see the post I want?

found it. the id is at the end of the url when you are posting a new thread to the forum
