RT10 Floor Mats and wheel cap removal tool

Anybody know where I can get the tool used to remove the center caps on a 95 RT10? Now that I repainted the wheels I do not want to damage them with the screwdriver tshirt technique. Also did the first gen vipers come from the dealership with floor mats or was that something everyone had to buy? Thanks
