Seems like I remember someone putting gen II doors on a Gen I car

Is there anyone on board who has done this change? and if so,how involved is it and is the end result fully operable with no issues? thanks John

I don't think it has actually been done.... many have theorized that it can be done. If I could find a pair of Gen II doors complete... for a reasonable price I would try it on my Gen I.

What did you end up doing with your Viper after the accident?

Hey Lance, I got an as is offer that was so good I could not refuse, especially since the frame was bent and I knew that even if it went back together perfectly, I would take a beating on the sale end. Between the "as is" buyer and the insurance I came out great. BTW, after going around and around with my insurance company, they would not consider my "diminished value" claim and that was another factor in my decision. Take care, John
