So I got new wheels for my 03 SRT, I have no desire to keep the OEMs lying around, so I want to post them for sale but wonder what's best for how to do it.

Should I just pull the tires & TPS, put the TPSs on my new wheels & new tires & sell just the wheels.

Or, is it better to leave the TPSs on the stockers and sell with wheels, tires & TPSs?

All tires were put on 4 yrs ago, and are runflats, fronts still have plenty of tread, the rears are dead IMO. The wheels have curb rash, I'd call them OK or fair condition, nothing major, but from 10 feet they look good, up close clear rash spots on 3 of them.

Do TPS's fail with age? Should I just get new ones rather than put more 6 yr old ones on my new wheels and tires?

Thnx for input.

It would likely be easier to sell the rims on their own if the rear tires are that bad. Why would someone pay the extra shipping cost if they just had to replace the tires anyway?

I say take the TPS' out and just ship the wheels to me free of charge for helping you making a decision... :D

LoL. I think I'm going to do a hybrid. I ordered the tires with new TPS from JonB.

I'll sell the wheels with or w/o the tires depending on what the buyer wants ...

I bought a set of the 09 six spokes, I've been drooling for them since I first saw them, plus they're an SRT OEM wheel, I love the fact that I love the design, they're Dodge SRT wheels and are the weight of the ACR/Copperhead wheels. I got super lucky on a deal on a set brand new in the boxes. I'm so psyched to get them on the car. Once the tires (PS2s) arrive from Jon (so happy to finally send him some $ after benefiting from his input and sponsorship here for so many years), I'll weigh the wheels & wheels/tires and do pics etc to share info.

Let me guess, you got them on ebay? That is where I got my new set althought the seller claimed they "only have one set". :rolaugh:

Yep, $1600, perfect new in the factory boxes. Might be a different company though, the company I bought from had 2 sets listed at the same time when I made a direct offer, and they had a another set they posted as well. So they openly had at least 3 sets. But it looks like a few folks are posting sets now.
