What are the stock spark plugs in the Gen3 (including mfg, part #, etc.)?

What are the advantages and disadvantages of platinum plugs?

I've been using the Bosch Iridium, they are noticeably better, last a long time. All my rides are NA, not sure if iridium is any good for boosted or spray, many say they aren't, my experience has been that as well.

They are expensive but to me well worth it.
