stereo upgrade for 00 rt/10

any ideas? would lov eto just replace the stereo head with something cooler for starters. dont know much about wiring and soldering so please keep it simple

thanks Matt i did , just didnt see anything conlusive. some suggestions were around re-wiring the whole thing, new stereo and new speakers and new amp while others required splicing and soldering. was wondering if there is any other ideas out there.
