Stoptech Cracked Rotor

While doing some winter maintenance, I pulled the driver rear wheel & noticed the 14" Stoptech rotor has a crack in the back of the rotor from top to bottom & a hairline crack showing on the front (shiny) side. They are only on about 3 years, less than 4,000 miles. Does anyone know a dealer who sells Stoptech parts closest to Pennsylvania? Also I might as well put on new pads all around & would need recommendation for street/track use.
