Hey all — new to the viper world. I picked up my 2015 GT a couple weeks ago and drove it across the country. I have ~16k miles on the clock and no mods.

I noticed that when I get start driving there’s a crunching/squeaking noise in the front and rear suspension when I go over uneven surfaces or speed bumps. As the car warms up, the noise goes away at the front first, then the back after.

Presumably this is because the engine warms up the front and then the rear chassis warms up after. Has anyone else had this before?

Thanks all.

Ps. Here’s a pic next to FCA factory in Detroit. Took this shortly after picking the car up

This may have nothing to do with your situation but I will say that back when I picked up my '15 GTS I had a somewhat similar but admittedly not identical experience with squeaks/creaks. I ended up neededing to grease the upper and lower control arm ball joint zerk fittings front and rear, and also had to replace the front end links that were shot. The ball joints were more crunchy/creaky sound and the end links were more of a metal on metal sound.

I have seen the same as prior poster stated. Start with greasing the upper and lower ball joints mine had very little grease in them direct from the factory.
