SW\'s Newest Daily Driver - 10.6@141mph - Video

Alright, I know this isn't a Viper, but I figured you guys might enjoy this since SW is such a "respected" member of your community and this is something a little different.

SW bought my 97 Lexus SC300 that I converted to the Supra 2JZ-GTE, 6spd, Single Turbo, etc. He had Chris (Performance-Motorsports) make some changes(a little smaller turbo, smaller injectors, etc to make it more reliable, streetable, etc) Anyways, we went to the track last night and on it's first full pass it ran 10.6 @ 141mph. SW is still figuring out the launch since he's running all boost, but he figures it's got a 10.3 @ 142mph or so at the current power level. Not too bad for a relatively quiet luxury car!

Very cool. I always liked that car. My CL actually looks pretty similar (better, but I'm biased), especially with the HRE 547R's.

I thought my daily driver luxo-cruiser was quick in the high 12's. Mid to low 10's is awesome.
