I just received this announcement about the autocross that several of us were going to this weekend in Talladega:
Unfortunately TGPR is posponed to a later date due to weather. The recent storm activities have deposited large debris and also caused flooding of half the track. While the water level is now down Mr Upchurch said this morning that the track will not be ready even by Monday due to worker shortage on the weekend and other cleanup issues. He apologised for the bad news but we can understand his situation. Please pass this on to anyone who might be thinking of coming to the event. Thanks.
