Tampa meet, time and place...

So for the Tampa meet this weekend, we will meet at the ******* on Hillsborough Ave.
Now the time we need to decide on. What is better for everyone that plans to attend? For me 8 so that we can all get parking spots close to each other. What does the rest of the clan think?
