A while back I ordered a set of windows for my 96 RT/10 from Jon at PartsRack. I don't know what day of the week it was, but the word "grumpy" never crossed my mind. Very friendly guy with some great advice and was willing to share his time on the phone with me. I ordered some VMania tinted sliders and eagerly awaited their arrival. Time passed, alot of time, and I called Jon. He told me he'd find out what was going on and we exchanged e-mails several times. He put me in touch with Biff at VMania so I could talk to the source direct. Biff told me that he had a problem with some of the supplies (lexan) not meeting his standards and was awaiting another shipment. He was kind enough to knock 100 bucks off the price for the wait. Throughout the entire time, Biff called me, almost every other day, to let me know what the status was. When he got the parts, he offered me an improved version at no extra charge and explained to me that if I didn't like them, send them back and he'd refund or send the originals.
The windows arrived yesterday and I was thrilled! What a great piece of quality work. Very carefully packaged, great fit (although I need to do a little adjusting on the driver's side) and better than I expected. They really look like they came with the car from the factory. VERY HIGH QUALITY!!! Bye bye Jeep windows. I'll keep them for when I sell the car.

For those of you still using the original windows, you're really missing out. With the weather around here, I only need the top and windows about 3 months out of the year, but that 3 months will be much nicer now.
