Bought a 2000 Steel Grey/Cognac interior RT/10 down in SC back in November and had the car shipped to Chuck Tator in NY, before shipping the car upto Canada.

Chuck did some amazing work adjusting the front fascia, adjust my driving door, and exhaust. I also had him change all the fluids and install the daytime running light moduale for Canadian daytime running lights. As well as two recalls done on the car etc etc

The car finally arrived two days ago without a hitch, everything is perfect. Where else can you call a dealership and get a hold of a man with the knowledge of Vipers like Chuck, he answered the phone everytime, and kept in constant contact via phone and email, before, during and after servicing my new Viper.

Like so many others I highly recommend Chuck, if anyone else in and around the Ontario/Quebec area is purchasing a Viper down in the States and having it shipped back, have Chuck service the car since it most likely gonna be crossing a border in the state of NY.

When I bought my 96 RT/10 this Fall he changed all the fluids, took care of a recall and did the head gaskets. He is a really nice, takes his time talking with you and answering questions, follows up afterwards to make sure things are working well. It was really a good feeling knowing that he looked over the car and that it is running properly now.

Congrats on the new Viper SuperSaiks. We need some pics (if you can dust the snow off it). You should also join the Ontario VCA chapter. I did and they seem to be a very active group. I can't wait to take out the Viper from hibernation.

Chuck is great. I heard about your car indirectly (I think) when Tom and I swapped daytime running modules/plugs and Tom asked Chuck some questions about it. It had to do with the Wizard, your daytime running light module and the parking brake

If you're anywhere near the GTA, we need to get together when the weather gets better.

Chuck is AWESOME! A wealth of Viper info, kind, honest, stands by his word. The first time I ordered parts from him, he just sent them out and had me send a check when I got them. Now that's customer service! You just don't see people like this anymore. Way to go Chuck!
